Becky L. Jacobs, a Waller Lansden Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law, is a Rule 31 listed civil and family mediator and is listed as specially trained in domestic violence screening. Becky directs the Civil and Family Mediation Clinics at UT College of Law and teaches in the areas of dispute resolution, environmental law, international public health, and administrative/regulatory law.

Jackie Kittrell, Executive Director

Knox County Community Mediation Center

Jackie Kittrell, Executive Director of the Knox County Community Mediation Center, is a Rule 31 listed civil and family mediator and is listed as specially trained in domestic violence screening. She graduated from University of Tennessee College of Law and is active in the Knoxville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and in the Tennessee Supreme Court’s Access to Justice efforts. Jackie also is a co-trainer in the UT Mediation Clinics.

Jen Comiskey, Juvenile Court Program Director

Knox County Community Mediation Center

Jen Comiskey, Juvenile Court Program Director at the Knox County Community Mediation Center, is a Rule 31 listed family mediator. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law and has worked at the Knox County Community Mediation Center since July 2005. Jen conducts intakes and screenings for the CMC and is its Training Director, developing curriculum and co-training at the UT Mediation Clinics and training and supervising CMC volunteer mediators.
