For Tennessee lawyers attending the conference, The University of Tennessee College of Law will seek CLE for a potential total of 4 CLE hours for the conference. The following sessions are potentially eligible:
1 hour - Fair Housing and Domestic Violence - Christina Magrans-Tillery
1 hour - Preparing Successful Petitions for Domestic Violence Survivors - Jo Ann Lehberger, Alex Allen, and Stephanie Ramirez-Lopez
1 hour - Mediation in Matters Involving Intimate Partner Violence - Becky Jacobs, Jackie Kittrell, and Jen Comiskey
1 hour - Strangulation in Domestic Violence: Prosecution in Tennessee - Willie Lane, Joe Welker, and Danielle Jones
1 hour - Evidence-Based Prosecution and Legislative Updates - Willie Lane, Joe Welker, and Danielle Jones
*Since two of the sessions occur at the same time, you may earn up to a potential of only 4 total hours.
If you are interested in receiving CLE credit for any of these sessions, please email Micki Fox at the law school (mfox2@utk.edu). If and when the program is approved, she will email you a form that you will complete after attending the conference and that you will return to her with the $40 fee. (This is a flat fee, regardless of the hours that you seek.)
